New Media Types in Abraquest

Abraquest has some new media types that allow you to keep track of different types of equipment, e.g. iPads or Musical Instruments. This post explains what to do next for customers who are interested in these types.

Abraquest has traditionally been used to record information about library books for the school library.

Some schools use it for recording the early learning books used for Key Stages 1 and 2.

Some may also have recorded DVDs and Cassettes (what are those mum?) in the past.

The idea behind Abraquest is that if it can be loaned to a pupil, Abraquest can keep track of it. A number of new types have been added to facilitate this, see below:

It may be that further modifications will be required to properly cater for these new codes. If so, please be in touch.

As Abraquest Software Assurance customers know, any changes requested are free, and currently not only that we are giving you rewards for suggesting them! See our offers page for further details on this.
