Abraquest Release 2.8.5.0 is here

Abraquest Release 2.8.5.0 introduces five new reports, with more reports and many more enhancements to come in the coming weeks and months.  As always this is available for free to Abraquest Software Assurance customers.

The reports included in this release are:-

  1. Books by Creation Date Report.
  2. Class by Performance Report.
  3. Pupils by Class Performance Report.
  4. Pupils by School Performance Report.
  5. Pupils by Year Performance Report.

Books by Creation Date Report

This report complements the Books by Publication Year Report. This report looks at date created - i.e. the date the book was added to the library.

Both reports have better presentation of information including an estimation of the borrowing rate so you can decide if you want to withdraw certain books or not.

Class by Performance Report

This report shows the number of books borrowed per class. It can be split by gender if required.

Pupils by Class Performance Report

This report shows the details of the above report - again books borrowed, with points subtracted if a book is returned late or lost. It can be split by gender if required.

Pupils by School Performance Report

This report shows pupils ordered across the entire school - again books borrowed, with points subtracted if a book is returned late or lost. It can be split by gender if required.

Pupils by Year Performance Report

This report shows pupils ordered across the school year - again books borrowed, with points subtracted if a book is returned late or lost. It can be split by gender if required.
