Do you have a school library system?
Do you already have a school library system? That is expensive and makes you pay for features you don't want or use? Abraquest is different.
Abraquest concentrates on the core task of keeping track of your books, managing your library, and encouraging and monitoring pupil reading.
The two main annual charges are for Abraquest Software Assurance and Abraquest Automated Backup, a cloud based backup system.
We try to put as many features as possible into Abraquest Software Assurance while keeping the price the same, at £149.95 + VAT per library per year, £49.95 + VAT for the backup system which keeps you backups safe for 5 years.
We also have a continuous improvement program that has been running for the past 5 years that listens to all our customers suggestions. If you make a suggestion that makes it into the software, not only is it free, you get a free month's Abraquest Software Assurance by way of us saying thankyou for your suggestion. Last year we gave out over 100 free months.
There are many options if not useful to everybody, that can be turned on or off in System Configuration (on the base data menu in sysadmin).
Also, if we bring out a feature that adds to the costs, it will ALWAYS be an optional extra cost. We will not charge everyone for something that only a few schools use. The only thing at present that falls into that category is that we have been asked for Biometric fingerprint reading, which adds approx £6 per month to the annual cost. Also eBooks are coming which will involve web hosting so that will be an optional additional cost for schools that want it.
If you have any questions as always please contact us on one of the usual channels, email, telephone or our contact form.
