Add Books Page Changes
Abraquest 2.6.6.1 has some minor changes to add books so that it involves slightly less key presses and fits better on smaller sceens.
Following changes in 2.6.6.0 where a subject filter was added, it brought the bottom of the page past the bottom of the screen for some users. So we have changed the layout slightly to fix this and also move library and location details up to the top of the page, not in the tab order, so these are not entered unless they need to be changed from the defaults.
