Philip Johnson has been a software developer since 1983 and has been involved with Abraquest since 2004. He is the director of Spherical Software Limited (www.sphericalsoftware.com), the company that owns Abraquest.
New Help System and Improved Documentation
The next release of Abraquest, version 2.5.0 will be available before the start of the next school year. This post contains some of the details of this release.
It has improved Add Books functions and also a new help and user guide. Both help and the user guide will be available from within Abraquest.
A copy of the new User Guide and Getting Started Guide will be posted on this website when complete.
This version of Abraquest will be free to all customers.
We will contact customers in due course to arrange for an upgrade. Future updates of Abraquest will self-update from the internet, which will be free for minor releases, possibly chargeable for major releases depending on the support plan you are on (watch out for more information on our new support plans in the future).
